Can I have customised or personalised products?
We specialize in mass-customization of epoxy resin products. We believe that nature is the best creator, as every tree species has its unique grain, color, curve, and shape, and we strive to make the most beautiful product for you. Share your designs with us. We will love to manufacture them as per your requirements. Please specify color, size, location, and other specifications for a quick and easy quote. We will provide photos and videotapes for you at intervals throughout the production process & before dispatch, you will have final pictures of your ordered products.
What care procedures shall I follow?
▪️ Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight, as it is harmful to any wood, no matter how well it is processed.
▪️ Use a microfibre to wipe the surface. Please add dish soap to the cloth to clean the surface if it’s dirty.
▪️ The distance between the item and heating elements or devices should be at least one meter.
▪️ Avoid placing the furniture on an uneven surface or placing unusual loads on it.
▪️ Do not use solvents such as Acetone, gasoline, or alcohol on furniture.
▪️ Do not use abrasives on products.
▪️ Do not place hot objects on the surface of the product. Please use coasters & placemats.
▪️ Do not drop heavy items on the table; this can result in dents or chips.
▪️ Do not move or place items with sharp metal edges to prevent scratches from forming.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Production can take up to 2 weeks as our artisans handcraft every product. Great things are worth the wait, right?
We can reproduce every product in our shop. Please note that just as every human being is unique, no two products from our shop are alike. Once your order is ready, we ensure the order reaches you safely. Worldwide delivery takes 5-7 days. The product’s weight may vary depending upon the wooden slab and epoxy resin quantity. Delivery can occur before or after the approximate delivery period. We do not deliver on government holidays, Sundays & after-hours.

The table was great. I was nervous at first buying a huge dining table online and especially overseas but they were so helpful. We ordered a custom 7’ by 6’. It took about 8 and half weeks until we got it. They were very thorough and sent us pictures of updates every few days. That was very helpful in knowing that I would get a good product. The table is beautiful! I also requested a matching lazy susan, since the table is so big and they made one for me. The combo is gorgeous. Working with Vilasaa has been a really fun process, they sent many process photos and asked for approval before any big decisions were officially set- like the layout of the wood. They did a fantastic job making and crating the table and lazy susan. I can't imagine being happier with the table and the experience. I've added a photo... We have different chairs coming, these are temp. ;)
This coffee table looks fabulous in my living room. The table is exactly as described and the colors match my decor perfectly. I would highly recommend the Vilasaa brand!
I have never seen such a high quality and beautiful table before! The craftsmanship is perfect, and is is one of those pieces that will be treasured for many years to come. I would caution two things: first, it is HEAVY (ours was 180 lbs). Second, the legs do not come with pilot holes so be prepared with power tools.

Overall very nice table! The blue epoxy ties the two pieces of maple together very nicely and really does have a "river". The only issue we had is that some sections of the epoxy have some white marks that look a little out of place.

The custom-made table from Vilasaa is high quality and beautiful. We are very satisfied with our purchase and pleased with the process to choose and customize our piece. The initial wood pieces were hand-selected and approved by us before the resin/epoxy steps. Yogesh sent periodic pictures and videos at each step and was responsive to questions. The table was delivered in the expected timeframe and well-packaged in its own custom crate for shipping. We also ordered custom wooden legs and they match the tabletop perfectly. 10 out of 10 would do it again!

I think I have left 2 reviews on anything ever, but felt this was deserving. We ordered a dining and coffee table, they arrived together fast, much faster then I expected. They are both absolutely beautiful!!! The craftsmanship is awesome and the details of the wood are so pretty. They are solid heavy pieces, the communication was excellent. Very happy with our purchase and would buy again.
This was a leap of faith since it is out of the country, but the relationship manager assigned to me was extremely punctual and communicated each step. The other reviewers said much of the same and they met my expectations. Table is stunning and extremely unique. Very happy to have this beautiful piece of art to eat on each evening.
